Kickstarters is a student-led initiative created by Honours students in Industrial-Organisational Psychology.
We’re here to help you feel more confident when applying for jobs by offering support with CV writing, LinkedIn setup and use, and practical interview tips and tricks.
The spark behind the mission
Unemployment is one of South Africa’s most pressing challenges, affecting people of all ages, races, and genders. For many, the biggest barriers to finding work are limited access to the tools and support needed to search for and get a job.
While we may not have all the answers, we have done research and completed training to develop workshops that provide practical support. Our goal is to make the process feel more manageable by equipping people with the basics they need, such as CV templates, LinkedIn guidance, and interview tips, so they can feel more confident when applying for jobs.
